This print shows the building of the Dutch Mint in Utrecht. Directly behind the neoclassical facade are the Mint's workshops: the melting house for metals, the rolling room, and the coining room. Coins are still minted in the Dutch Mint building, including euro coins for the Dutch government and various commemorative coins.
