In 1970, when Feyenoord won the European Cup I, a large group of Feyenoord supporters gathered on the Coolsingel in Rotterdam to welcome the players and celebrate the victory.

The atmosphere on the Coolsingel was frenzied and there was a festive mood among the supporters. Torches were lit and there was singing and dancing in the streets.
