When you buy a gift voucher, you will receive it the same day by email. The email contains a unique number that you can enter at checkout. You can forward this email to the recipient or print it out and make it a personalized card!

* The gift voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue and can be used on walljar.com. After the expiration date, the card can no longer be used as payment or reactivated. Also, the remaining value will not be refunded. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Postage costs
We offer free shipping for orders over €25 Shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium! For orders under €25, the shipping and packaging costs are €6.95.

Delivery time
That depends on where you are. Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium?

• Posters and framed posters: ordered before 12:00, delivered tomorrow
• Other products 2-5 working days

Do you live in another country within the EU? Then delivery will take up to 7 days. Overseas deliveries can take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.

Your order will be delivered between 08:30 and 22:00 hour on the expected day of delivery by our shipping partners.

How will the order be shipped?
All prints are packed in a sturdy cardboard box, so they arrive in perfect condition. From our office in the Netherlands we ship our products to all countries within the EU.

Please note: sometimes orders can be sent in multiple shipments.
