Historical prints are the perfect way to give your home a personal touch. This print shows the Khoikhoi or Gonaqua woman with a child at her breast, Hottentot, by Frederik Potgieter at the Little Fish River.

The artwork dates from 1777 - 1786 and was made by the artist Robert Jacob Gordon. Gordon was a Dutch explorer, soldier, artist and natural scientist. The artist made hundreds of drawings of landscapes, animals, peoples and individuals during his travels.
