In 1970, when Feyenoord won the European Cup I, there was a large group of Feyenoord supporters who gathered on the Coolsingel in Rotterdam to welcome the players and celebrate the victory.

The atmosphere on the Coolsingel was exuberant and there was a festive mood among the supporters. Flares were lit and people sang and danced in the streets.
